  • Do not use another person's account or share verification codes.
  • If you cannot legally agree to these terms yourself, use CourtSense only with authorization from a parent or guardian.
  • Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Permitted use

Use CourtSense lawfully and for personal tennis, training, court-discovery, and community purposes. A coach or team may use authorized team features for people who have agreed to participate.

Prohibited use

  • Do not interfere with, overload, scrape, probe, reverse engineer, or bypass security or access controls except where law expressly permits it.
  • Do not upload unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive content.
  • Do not misuse contact discovery, invitations, messaging, court reports, or community features.
  • Do not use CourtSense to stalk, identify, or profile another person without authorization.

Your content

You keep ownership of information and content you submit. You give CourtSense a limited license to host, process, display, and transmit it only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service according to your settings and our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to submit it.

Health and motion features

CourtSense is a fitness and recreational tennis product—not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency monitoring, professional coaching, or officiating technology. Motion analysis is experimental and may be incomplete or wrong. Stop activity and seek qualified help when appropriate.

Courts, maps, and third parties

Court listings, conditions, access, fees, lighting, availability, safety, and booking links can change or be inaccurate. Confirm important details with the venue and use appropriate judgment on site. Google Maps-powered features are also subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms. Third-party services have their own terms and policies.

App stores and payments

CourtSense is currently offered as a free download. If paid features are introduced, the price and material terms will be shown before purchase. Transactions through Apple, Google, or another store are also governed by that store's terms, billing, cancellation, and refund process. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.

Ownership

CourtSense, its software, design, brand, content, and technology are owned by Eden Rozenberg or applicable licensors. These terms grant only a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service in accordance with these terms.

Availability and changes

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may update compatibility requirements. We try to operate CourtSense reliably, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may use reasonable maintenance, security, and usage limits.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, investigate misuse, comply with law, or address a material breach. You may stop using CourtSense and delete your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain effective.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, CourtSense is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that insights, court data, motion classifications, third-party information, or user content are complete, accurate, current, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, CourtSense and its operator are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without limiting any mandatory protection available to you under applicable law. Courts with lawful jurisdiction in Israel will hear disputes unless mandatory law requires another forum. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern informally.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as CourtSense or the law changes. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised terms, except where separate consent is legally required.
