Who controls the information

CourtSense is operated by Eden Rozenberg in Israel. Questions and requests concerning personal information can be sent to support@courtsense.cloud.

Information we collect

  • Account, sign-in, profile, email, phone, and device identifiers.
  • Sessions, scores, workout summaries, insights, achievements, and history you create.
  • Health, heart-rate, energy, fitness, and motion information when you enable those features.
  • Location and court information when you choose to search nearby or tag a session.
  • Contact identifiers when you choose to find friends; we use them to perform the requested match.
  • Friend, invite, team, sharing, notification, support, and feedback information.
  • Technical logs, diagnostics, security events, IP address, and app or device information.

Why we use it

  • Provide accounts, synchronization, tennis tracking, court discovery, insights, and social features.
  • Respond to support requests and communicate service or security information.
  • Protect accounts, investigate abuse, prevent fraud, and maintain service reliability.
  • Improve features using aggregated, de-identified, diagnostic, or user-authorized information.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.

Permissions and choice

Health, motion, contacts, location, nearby-device, and notification features require a device permission or an action from you. You may refuse or later disable a permission, although the related feature may no longer work. We do not use HealthKit or health information for advertising.

Service providers and sharing

We share information only as needed to operate CourtSense, follow your instructions, protect the service, or comply with law. Providers can include hosting and database services such as Vercel and Supabase; authentication, device, health, and notification services from Apple, Google, and Firebase; SMS verification through Telnyx; Google Maps-powered place search; and Sunflowers when a team chooses that connection. Information you choose to share may also be visible to friends, teams, invite recipients, or other recipients you select. We do not sell personal information or use website data for targeted ads.

International processing

Some providers may process information outside Israel. Where required, we use contractual, organizational, and technical measures intended to protect information during international processing.

Cookies

The public website does not currently use advertising or web-analytics cookies. A team-connection login can set short-lived, secure, HTTP-only cookies that are strictly necessary to complete OAuth safely; they expire after about ten minutes and are removed after the flow. See our Cookie Notice.

Retention and deletion

We keep information while an account or feature is active and as reasonably needed for the purposes described here. Account deletion removes or de-identifies associated cloud information where feasible. Limited security, fraud-prevention, dispute, legal, transaction, and backup records may remain until their applicable retention period expires.

Security

We use access controls, encrypted transport, scoped credentials, logging, and other safeguards designed for the nature of the information. No system is completely secure, so please protect your account and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your rights and choices

  • Access and correct profile information through the app where available.
  • Request access to or correction of personal information as provided by applicable law.
  • Delete individual sessions or delete your account through the app or our deletion page.
  • Control device permissions and notification preferences in the app or device settings.
  • Withdraw optional consent for future processing where processing depends on that consent.
  • Contact us to object, ask a privacy question, or exercise another right available where you live.

We may need to verify a request before acting on it. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.

Children

CourtSense is not directed to children who cannot legally consent to the relevant data processing. A parent or guardian should supervise use where their authorization is required. Contact us if you believe a child provided information without the required authorization.

Policy changes

We may update this policy as the product or law changes. The date above identifies the current version. We will provide additional notice when a material change requires it.
